Totally into this. There's a lot of technique stuff out there, but this is where I feel I'm struggling/plateauing at young purple. It's like, I know I'm missing some key aspects, but no idea what. However, I bet you could still throw in a technique now and then to explain a concept.

Big fan of the conceptual approach. Easier for me to try and integrate into my training than working a specific technique.
Very helpful. I feel your more technique oriented lessons are also quite conceptual & in that way more helpful than simply drilling instructions
